Each Tablet Contains:
Rehmannia glutinosa root                 5g
Paeonia lactiflora root                      3g
Bupleurum falcatum root                1.5g
Vitex agnus-castus fruit 200mg
Cholecalciferol                             5mcg
Free from: Wheat, gluten, and dairy.

Directions
Starting dose:               1 tablet, twice daily until symptoms improve.
Maintenance dose:        1 tablet daily or switch to Harmony Menopause
Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or one hour after meals.
