Chaste Tree berries (Vitex agnus castus fructus): A key medicinal plant to support ovulation. The progesterone-like action makes Chaste Tree berries an ideal medicinal plant to rectify gynaecological problems relating to hormone imbalance.

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum cortex): It stimulates circulation, bringing valuable nutrients to the womb area. Used to treat PMT and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) which can cause fertility issues. Cinnamon’s relaxant properties can help ready the body for sex.

Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra radix): Licorice root has phyto-oestrogenic properties and saponins that support ovulation. Its anti-inflammatory properties help treat infections and chronic inflammation in the pelvic area.

Nettle (Urtica dioica herba): A nutrient-rich and alkalising tonic that supports the pH balance of cervical mucus, necessary for sperm to successfully get to the egg for penetration. It delivers an abundance of crucial minerals and vitamins for a healthy reproductive system.
