Colostrum is the initial fluid released from the mammary glands after birth which helps confer immunity to new born babies and animals. Colostrum provides a range of immune factors including immunoglobulin’s also known as antibodies.Bovine colostrum is 100 times higher in immunoglobulin G (IgG) than human colostrum, and is the most abundant of the circulating immunoglobulin’s in humans. IgG plays an important role in human immunity as our first line of defence and protects the body  infections and  toxins in body fluids.
