Each capsule provides
Calcium (as Hydroxyapatite, StimuCal™) 250mg
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol 2.5mcg) 100 IU

Take 1-2 capsules twice daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

No Gluten, wheat, dairy products, egg, corn, artificial flavours or artificial sweeteners.

Cautions and Contraindications:

Always read the label; take only as directed; and if symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.
Customers on any prescription medications (including Warfarin) should consult their doctor before using this product. If their doctor approves the product, customers should then take this product at least 2 hours before or after taking their medication.
Calcium can also inhibit Iron absorption, so customers taking Iron supplements should take them at least 1 hour before or after taking this product.
Compounds in certain foods (including wheat bran, legumes, some leafy greens and almonds), protein, caffeine and sodium may impair Calcium absorption. Allow 1 hour between consuming these foods and taking a Calcium supplement.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
